A delicious vegetable bake that's perfect for meal prepping breakfasts and lunches. Takes about one hour to make and clean up and will last for a week in the fridge.
My downloads folder is a mess. I rarely clean it, it hogs up enormous amounts of disk space, and I really only need about a fraction of the files in there to be kept. I wrote a script to automatically clean the folder daily, moving stale files into "Last week", "Old", and "Deleting soon" directories before finally zapping away ancient files after 30 days.
